About: We initially had others install the wall garden but they used very small pots and despite a good drip water system they constantly dried out. Possums didn’t help either so we opted for the 4.7l Mr Stacky tubs and went about upgrading over 600 pots (still work in progress). New larger pots are excellent ,hold more soil and moisture so the plants can thrive. Helps with vertical gardens to know which plants like more sun and which don’t plus having individual drips per pot ensure they get the right amount of moisture. Loving our Mr Stacky garden.

About: We were looking for something to put on a large bare north facing wall, and Mr Stacky was the answer. We now have an established green wall which receives many positive comments from people passing. Not satisfied with 1 wall we now have 4. Many of the plants have come from cultivating from our garden. We have installed a simple spray / dripper system that waters the top 2 rows and drips to the rows below. Only need to water for a couple of minutes each time. Very happy customer.

About: Combining Hydroponics’ with my existing wicking garden is working a treat. I put this together at the start of winter and can’t wait to see the results with spring around the corner. The entire tank drains into a sump a Mr.Stacky’s solar panel & pump installed to water the entire garden. This is only stage one with my plans to have four Mr.Stacky towers along the garden so I can utilise both the stack and garden bed for growing. The whole system is self-sustaining with me only having to top up the sump and add Hydroponic Power Nutrients fortnightly. Love it.

About: 1st year, read a lot of compliments from
neighbors. Started spinach too late on top. Started with plants, next year
maybe seeds start inside. Thinking of larger plants for next year.

Only allowed 2 pots in flower bed, nothing about plants on sidewalk. Got a
rolling plant holder and added the pole. Love this product

About: As a first time gardener Mr. Stacky was such a great choice to begin my journey. Super easy to set up not to mention how beautiful all the plants look growing on the tiers. I have found it is good to rotate them every now and again to ensure all plants get full sun due to the placement of my towers. It has made gardening so much fun for me & I love coming home from work to check on my plants knowing they’ve been watered, had the right amount of sun, nutrients and all they needed was some love and attention from me!

The seeds in my MrStucky turned into a strong healthy plants! Highly recommended to gardeners who just started and for those who are in the gardening for a long time, as it’s such a pleasant, easy, organic, healthy way of growing plants. About: Our school chose Mr Stacky to purchase our commercial hydroponic farm as we did a lot of research and felt that Mr Stack’s system was simple , easy to set up and maintain. Out students do gardening for 2hrs a week where they not only get their hands dirty, but also learn about the benefits of hydroponic farming. We are just about to plant our first crop.

About: We are finalists in the Andy Thomas Space Foundation Challenge and our project is based around using space technology to develop a food industry for the remote Indonesian village of Mangaran. We chose the Mr Stacky Smart Farm Hydroponic Tower Gardens for our experiments as they are quick to set up, look good and we could set them up on our classroom balcony (our school is rebuilding the courtyard and we have no land!). We chose them to help develop a system for Mangaran. We will find the best combinations of growing conditions and plants to use, then we will help them to develop a system. We would be overjoyed to send a tower to the school in Mangaran for them to use . The villagers have limited space to grow food and no export industries. Their rainforests are under threat from palm oil plantations and we are trying to find an alternative industry for them, most likely based on selling Chilli to nearby islands.

One of the photos shows our students draining the first flush of the system. Unfortunately, there is no drain or hose near our system which is on the second story balcony. Our creative students worked out how to drain the tanks into a hose that flowed into a bucket on the ground floor. They then set up a bucket brigade to the nearest tap and drain, 200m away.

About: My north facing deck is the perfect place to place my Stacky – the best part is walking out there each day to pick fresh salad foods or spinach for dinner. The easiest and most successful things to grow have been Lettuces, Parsley (profuse!), Spinach, Kale, Spring Onions, Pac Choi, Rocket. It’s great to be able to throw a few seeds into one of the clovers when the previous crop has been harvested, and off you go again. It’s all very easy, convenient and fun to play around with (and it’s safe from the wallabies!!)

About: Started with strawberry tower then bought the Smart Farm Towers. Love the Solar options. The Smart Farm as shown was only planted 4 weeks earlier directly from seed. Average sunlight only 4-5 hours in Victoria. Excited at how easy, quick and tasty the results have been. Hubby made simple support poles to support the drip lines in between the towers. Really happy with the setup being self sufficient with the solar pump.

About: The snails won this round. I was unaware just how many snails were about and how vociferous they were. Eggshells and shredded paper did not stop them and they climbed to the very top hiding between the tiers. I have since been advised that petroleum jelly might be the answer as I am trying to avoid chemicals. A steep learning curve but the system will work once the snails are controlled I am sure.
